GoPro E-Document Purchase allows you to import purchase documents, register, and approve/reject them. Integrated directly into Business Central, you can automate every step of manually entering, approving, and posting purchase documents.

  • Built-in integration with multiple E-Invoice service providers
  • The app supports all document types that supported by the providers (purchase invoices, purchase credit memos, prepayment invoices)
  • Ability to accept or reject purchase documents in Business Central while simultaneously changing the document status in the portal

  • Possibility to automatically match header information such as vendor, purchase order number, or other internally created documents

  • Automatic line matching including item number, quantity, unit cost, unit of measure, and discount amount

  • A Log entries is provided for processing any potential errors
